GENERAL INFORMATION A CHARTER Yacht Vacation is the most unique and personalized vacation you can imagine. The professional crew members of your yacht will be your Caption, Crew, Chef, Tour Guide, Activities Director and more. GETTING TO KNOW YOU: When you come aboard you will be shown to your cabin and given some time to get settled. Shortly thereafter, the Captain will explain some dos and donts and inquire about your special interests for the cruise. This is your chance to provide input on where you want to go and what you want to do. RESPONSIBILITIES OF YOUR CAPTAIN: Your Crew are eager to make your charter an adventure of a lifetime. However, the Captain is responsible for the safety of the vessel and all on board so his decisions are final ACTIVITIES: Fishing, swimming, snorkeling, exploring and of course sailing. On shore activities can be arranged by your crew. Costs will be at your expense and will vary depending on the island. FOOD: You will have received a food and beverage preference list to be filled in completely with regard to all members of your party and returned in advance of your charter. This allows the Cook to plan meals and snacks based on the information provided, including likes, dislikes and allergies you indicate. We need to know what your group will be happy eating as it is difficult to prepare more than one meal choice at a time, due to the small galley. Please be thorough with your preference sheet as provisions are on board prior to your arrival. TRIP CANCELLATION: Trip Cancellation Insurance is always recommended. It is usually very inexpensive and offers you protection for unpredictable weather among other risks that may result in cancellation.
