In our present more and more interdependent, evolving and sophisticated world, I think all nations citizens should stop having a binary mind (manicheistic attitude, good/bad, evil/saint, nationalistic/racist vs internationalistic/mongrel, capitalistic/communist, ...) towards each other, even though it is an easiest decision to take when relating to somebody, not mentioning for a machine like the PC computer... In fact, I try to combat this attitude or tendency by always assuming or believing that ALL people want to improve... to live better... Second, by a first encounter I would try to approximate this person is ~90% or 80% ethical/moral with the same health B) (by a Rough 10 percentage point approximation) or is an A or B person with a C health (A= > 90%, B= > 80%, C= > 70%, D= > 60%, F= < 60%) while ALWAYS knowing that that person is a living/changing/improvable human being... Then later, through more and more encounters/interactions we would approximate BETTER AND BETTER such a person... (Like such a person is a C+ with people/world but a B with pets...) In brief, we should become more and more sophisticated and precise with people and not so simplistic/radical (like we should joining the military to kill the Bad guys or this person is too foreign attitudes should not exist anymore, especially from leaders and representatives/congressmen/assemblymen...) in our age/period/era, especially and particularly when dealing with people or humans.
