In period 2, The Kicking and Fighting Chefs A.K.A KFC seeked out - TopicsExpress

In period 2, The Kicking and Fighting Chefs A.K.A KFC seeked out to show off their cooking skills to everyone around the kitchen. With them having the opportunity to make two french toasts either for the first time or not, it seemed to me that all the chefs were waiting to begin. These were no ordinary french toasts they had to create in order to impress everyone and Ms. Kelly. One french toast came out with a blue berry compose on it and the other had corn flakes in it. They used a variety of ingredients that enhanced the french toast that had you asking for more. First, they began beating 14 eggs into a large bowl making sure that all the egg white and air is beaten out the most that it could and they doubled check that no pastry shells were in the mixture. While mixing the eggs they also added a teaspoon of pure almond extract, pure vanilla extract, another teaspoon of ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, sugar, salt, and milk to the mixture. Other chefs were cutting bananas that were placed in a bowl for later use. The wheat bread was then dipped into the egg mixture and then covered with corn flakes and then placed on the pan to cook. As for the other french toast the same process was followed except for corn flakes. Around 20 french toasts were made of each one. After, they cooked on the pan they were then placed underneath the stove to finish the cooking process. Then, the bananas were added to another pan mixed with pancake and waffle syrup which looked really good. Meanwhile, it was Kev Kev 09 who is another member of KFC who volunteered to make the blue berry compose which contained a tablespoon of corn starch and water. He truly astonished everyone with his blue berry compose making skills. The final result was indeed a very meaningful meal that was made in Ms. Kellys kitchen. Honestly, I truly enjoyed the french toast with the blue berry compose because its tenderness was outstanding and so smooth that it melted in your mouth. Along with this french toast the other french toast had sweet and soggy bananas and heated corn flakes. Overall, there was no way these incredibly amazing french toasts needed more ingredients for more flavor. Thank you Ms. Kelly and to all hard working Kicking and Fighting Chefs which did an excellent job. From Lupe Orozco Chef Mix all day!!
