In preparation for the inclement weather during the afternoon and evening hours today, Tuesday, January 21, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy will follow these dismissal procedures: Students who regularly ride the bus will be dismissed at 2:40 p.m. to allow buses to depart before carpool. Upper School students will be dismissed at 2:40 p.m. Carpool will operate at the regularly scheduled time. All afterschool activities, clubs, practices and games are canceled. There will be no NSA Extended Care or Beyond the Bell today. Activity buses will not operate this afternoon. Parents should contact their child’s division office if they are unable to be here by today’s dismissal times. Upper School Office 539-8789 ext. 3301 Middle School Office 539-8789 ext. 3351 Lower School Office 539-8789 ext. 3323 If your child will ride home with another family, please contact your child’s division office with that information. NSA faculty and staff will dismiss at 3:30 p.m., once all children have safely been dismissed. All students are encouraged to leave campus when dismissed. Parents should check our website and local television news channels (WTKR 3, WAVY 10, WVEC 13) for information regarding the school schedule tomorrow. NSA officials will make a decision regarding tomorrow’s schedule as soon as possible.
