In recent days I have had the pleasure of some beautiful and radiant delicious divas visit my store. These ladies have been pretty hard on themselves which makes me quite sad. Beauty absolutely comes in all shapes and sizes and we must, must embrace what we have been blessed with. If you arent happy with yourself, change it BUT if you are happy with how you look, then today do yourself a big favour and go look in the mirror and LOVE what you see! When you are firstly able to love yourself only then can you truely and authentically love others. For all the ladies today struggling with body image issues this quote from Kate Winslet is for you and I love it!! ‘I have a crumble baby belly, boobs are worse for wear after two kids...Im doing all right. Im 33. I dont look in the mirror and go, Oh, I look fantastic!. Of course I dont. Nobody is perfect. I just dont believe in perfection. But I do believe in saying, This is who I am and look at me not being perfect!. Im proud of that.
