In response to Joseph Aitson, Jr. Post of Our Kiowa Complex, I as well, remember this once Beautiful Pride of our Kiowa People and its Beauty years ago. I live out of state and visit OK/Carnegie once a year and have seen the deterioration of our Complex. I only no I am mailed numerous Absentee Ballot to elect leaders as Board a Members to make the right decisions for me and my family regarding my Tribe. A picture says a thousand words and what more can one say about our Complex/Tribe. My grandchildren are Aitsons and cant even be enrolled in my tribe. My son had to pay his own way to Moore/Norman Vo-Tech without absolutely no funds or help from his Tribe, he struggled!! I was also sadden when visiting our Historical Saddle Mt. Cementery, to see the deterioration of the grave marker of one of our most Historical Figures of our Tribe, the late Kiowa Five Artist, MONROE TSATOKE; once again, very sadden. I PRAY LIGHT comes to my Kiowa people again, in Jesus name and restore and unite our Kiowa Tribe!!!
