In so much pain! Ive been working my @$$ off the last two months and let my health decline a bit. Muscles softened and weight lost... But in noble sacrifice for my business and clients! Right??? Yesterday, Terron knocked on my door and dragged me to crossfit to get me back on track. 1hr of yoga, then bench presses, dead lifts, back squats, push ups, wall sits, pull ups, muscle ups, kettle bells, 1mile run and 3 no footed push ups. He said, dont worry nice and easy ... But anytime I do anything, I go all in and push hard. Thats just me... And this is what great friends do, pull you back on track when you start to slide off. Now I just need help moving around.
