In thanksgiving to God for all of the prayers answered since this nightly prayer chain began... And in thanksgiving that He carries us when we are in need... For my dear friend Bulent and his two children as they mourn the death of his wife (their mother) Handan who died from cancer on April 1. May God give them comfort and strength... For the wonderful folks at Mt. Hope Horse Rescue. Their beautiful boy, Tipsy Saint, who is related to Secretariat crossed the Rainbow Bridge... Run free with the angels, sweet boy... Snooter kisses for you... For Adele and Robin who are recovering from surgery... Robin is doing very well and Adele is doing better too... For my friend Jim... He was my first boss when I worked at Whitney Bank, who had a mild stroke recently. He is doing much better! May he heal completely... For Maryannes brother who had another stroke, for Bos mom, for Dunies pal Luminous, for Terry and her biopsies, and for Denise... For Michelle and Connie and their families... For Connies new little 4 legged baby Boo... Continued prayers for Kyle who got some really good test results.... His tumors have shrunk and arent spreading. For Pixel Blue Eyes, Dixie Mae and Peanut...In thanksgiving that Dixie Maes tests turned out well, and prayers for her exploratory surgery this summer... Peanut had surgery and is still having health problems... May she be healed soon... For my Dad... For Gaby and Baby Rachel... For Jaye, Helen and Jenny Lewis and their family... Jenny is having some back and neck problems and had an MRI... May the source of her troubles be found and may she be restored to health... Jaye had a terrible nosebleed today. The paramedics were called... May she not have another one... For Helen and her writers block... For my nephew Dakota... Tonight let us also pray for all of Gods other creatures who are not as blessed as Rachel... Those who do not have the wonderful home or the loving owners that she has. Those who are hurt, injured or ill... God bless them all... And please continue to pray for Rachel, Doreen, Carol, Susie, Patti C., and all of Gods beloved two and four legged creations who need prayers... Dear Lord, Thank you, for Rachels recovery. Please continue to watch over and protect her. Keep her safe. She is your beloved and magnificent creation, and we all love and cherish her too... Please give Rachel many, many more years with us so that we can continue to enjoy the beauty of her presence and her personality. Bring abundant blessings upon her, Jess, Baby Girl, and upon those who care for her, including Ms. Banke, the rest of her family and friends at Stonestreet and everyone who treated her at Rood and Riddle. We also ask special blessings for those who worked with Rachel during her magnificent racing career, including Dolph and Ellen, her breeders, Hal, her first trainer, Calvin, her jockey and Dominic, her exercise rider. Finally, Lord, bless all of us who love Rachel too... In Jesus name I pray... Amen.
