In the 5 yrs that we have been going to the Santa parade, have to say this one was the best yet! High five to the organizers!! A couple of comments though...having the market along Cleveland Ave is the best location but the crowd/line situation needs to be addressed in future. Loved the intimate feel of the parade route but I personally thought people were getting too close and to enjoy the sights it needs to be from a little further back instead of the vehicles passing 3 feet away from you. Last comment...so many vehicles/businesses/organizations did an AMAZING job decorating and lighting up their floats. All except for the one that matters - Santas float! What happened there? Not one Xmas light to be seen. Did Greg Gardner sponsor it since that was the sign on the back? Santas float should be the brightest and most colourful. Hopefully next year someone will take that into consideration. Looking forward to next year! Merry Christmas!!!
