Η προσπάθεια αυτή υποστηρίζεται από τον πρόεδρο της Λευκορωσίας και δεν βρίζουν τον Στάλιν εδώ, ούτε τον επαινούν , αλλά δοξάζουν τον οχυρωματικό σύστημα του Στάλιν για την προστασία της Σοβιετικής Ένωσης στον 2ο παγκ. πόλεμο.
