In the Regan years,the wealthy and corporations, ( who are now labeled as People,) paid over 30%, in taxes, France has a wealthy tax rate of 50-60%, middle class Americans and working poor are paying much more than THEIR fair share today, mainly because of wealthy tax and corporate loop holes, hiding money in foreign banks like the Cayman Islands, and expecting middle class and working class to make up the rest that they dont have to pay for. Ridiculous. Our senators need to revert the taxes back to at LEAST 30% for the wealthy and stop corporations from evading from paying their fair share of federal taxes.
