In the backwards economics and morality of the State, it is wrong to wish to pay for the goods and services one uses, and only those services. These individuals are labeled as greedy and uncaring. In contrast, those whom receive goods and services that they never pay for themselves are free to walk about proudly. In addition, the politicians that force others to pay for these goods and services are hailed as great leaders of the people. The notion that forcing one man to pay for the livelihood of another through the threat of force is accepted, while wishing to keep what one earns unless voluntarily choosing to part with it is vilified.
