In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God….The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us….John 1: 1, 14 (NIV) God amazes me! I don’t know about you, but sometimes I get distracted. I get busy doing life and I forget to watch for God. Then there are times like this Christmas hosting season, where things are so big and so beyond any one person, that I cannot miss God. I am in awe. I am humbled he has invited us along for this journey. There are so many little details he has brilliantly orchestrated. What a privilege to see it up close. I can’t help but be amazed and delight in anticipation for what is yet to come. But at the same time, especially during this time of year, I am reminded of what He has already done. Born the King of Angels, Word of the Father, Now in flesh appearing I pray for you a season filled with awe and adoration! May each day reveal the greatness of our God.
