In the case of Tamir Rice via CNN they have ruled his death to be a HOMICIDE. Meaning it will hard for them not be charged with murder or at least manslaughter. This is monumental. In light of no indictments in the cases of Mike Brown, Eric Gardner, and Samantha Ramsey this is a promising act. Ive always said that in a simple charge their is a presumed guilt that goes along with it. Now its the prosecutors turn to do their job. Yet on my time line I see alot of things so far removed from what needs to advocated to the public. Please allow this set in people. This is first step towards equality and thats putting your trust in the system. No matter how broke it is eventually justice will prevail. Now they could still come back with no indictment in this case but by the prosecution potentially charging him with murder or negligent homicide is huge. P.E.A.C.E #KnowYourRights
