In the future, technology will lead to a paradigm shift in the way governments function at all levels. It will lead to inclusive decision making and enhanced accountability of elected representatives and government officials. People have a right to access their elected representatives and speak about any grievance they may have at all times. To make it easier for my constituents to contact me, I am launching an initiative called Reach Your MLA. Residents of Kolathur can call me 24/7 on 78108 78108 and register their complaints / suggestions / feedback on all civic issues. A dedicated team of volunteers reporting directly to me will work to resolve complaints raised by my constituents and the complainant will be able to track the progress till it is solved.
