In the hot Iraqi desert, many Army Units from the United States who fight for our freedom. There was one particular soldier that I know personally. He is my cousin David. He is tall, with curly brown hair. He has the most beautiful blue eyes. He is a kind, soft spoken young man. He will do anything to help anyone. I dont know exactly what David went through, as he doesnt like to talk about his time in Iraq. I can imagine that he was brave when there was any action. Im sure he must have been afraid too. David is now out of the Army and is with his family that he loves very much. He is my hero and I hope to be like him someday. David now works as a Police Officer/ Firefighter for the Anchorage Airport. He loves his job very much. I believe he is very proud of his accomplishments. He works very hard for his wonderful family. I am grateful to David for his service. I am so proud of him. He has a nice life with a great wife and wonderful child. He loves being with them more than anything. This is what Jacob wrote today for homeschooling Composition Class. He had to write a descriptive character sketch of some one he knows.
