In the last 5 years I have had migraines that sent me to the ER because the pain was unbearable. For the last three days, I have had a headache that started in the back of my neck and head, more like a dull ache, then on and off Id get the pounding, throbbing pain behind my eye and one side of my head. I feel nauseous and dizzy. Tylenol and Motrin 800 have helped but it keeps coming back. The imitrex gives me terrible side effects which is why I stopped taking it. I also suffer from panic disorder which one of my most common symptoms is clenched jaw and shallow breathing. One, are these symptoms normal? Two, what are some suggestions you may have for relief.
