In the meantime, when an innumerable multitude of people had gathered together, so that they trampled one another, He began to say to His disciples first of all, Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Therefore whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops (Luke 12:1-3, NKJV). As a believer of Christ; a born again believer in the first place, you are a disciple of our LORD Jesus Christ. To whom much is given, a lot more is expected. So many times I have run into people who are or claim to be born again believers however; they take offense whenever the the word of God is preached. Living one life and claiming to be something or someone else is hypocrisy regardless of how we attempt to cover up. God always expects His own to speak differently, act differently, perceive differently, understand differently and live differently. Glory to God, Alleluia! Lots different way of life was what separated him and his household from the rest of the crowd when Gods initial judgment came upon mankind. Anyone who tells you that its going to be different in our days because of grace is telling you outright lies. The soul that sins is the one that will end up in hell. God has never understood and has never promised that He will understand, or bear with sin and unrighteousness. Why dont you stop playing the smart guy today and totally turn around your ways and life with the help of the LORD our God before it is too late? Today is a new day and fresh opportunity that God has given to us for genuine reconciliation. Are you going to accept it with thanksgiving to God or forsake it and continue on your route of self-destruction? The choice is yours to make. I have made mine and the devil or his cohorts aint going to stop me because God is on my side.
