In the physical realm, we are subjected to the law of gravity and - TopicsExpress

In the physical realm, we are subjected to the law of gravity and physics. We cannot just jump off a tall building and think we will not be hurt. Depending on how high, we can either be seriously hurt or killed. Since we know the law of gravity, we do not go around jumping off tall building, mountains, or bridges. IF we stay and abide by the law of gravity, then we will be safe by staying on land. In the spiritual realm, there is also a law at work. If we have evil thoughts of hate, anger, jealousy, envy, lust, and etc, we are sowing bad seeds. We are preparing to jump off a tall spiritual bridge without realizing there are physical consequences. Therefore, we must make a choice to stay and abide in the positive side of the law of the spiritual realm by seeking Gods face, worship, gratefulness to HIM, and confessing HIS goodness. The world is in decay and there are always destruction, war, pestilence, and famine. We need to separate ourselves from the world. If we are not of this world, then why do so many Christians get involved with the concerns of the world? We must be crucified with Christ. Our methods of solution is to pray and seek HIS Face. We must become reborn and new creations. The old must go and the new must come. But many return to spiritual Egypt. Galatians 6:14 (NLT) As for me, may I never boast about anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because of that cross,my interest in this world has been crucified, and the world’s interest in me has also died. The spiritual realm is more real than the physical realm but we are more concerned about the physical realm for our survival. We must renew our minds. We must come out of spiritual Egypt and strive to the spiritual promise land. Otherwise, the two options were either death in the wilderness or the promise land. Let us not continue to make the same mistake as our forefathers. Pastor Steve Yong Kim
