In three words: Life changing experience! We started off as total strangers but after 6 days, we didnt find new friends, we found a new family. We went in not knowing what to expect, not fully knowing who we are or what we are capable of but we each emerged as leaders; with visions of empowerment, education, social change, sustainability just to name a few. We were taught to ignite and sustain our passions/visions, we were stretched intellectually, we were challenged and we were pushed beyond our limits. And now Day 7 of this Leadershape experience is the rest of our lives; where our visions are put into action. Thank you LeaderShape for believing in us.
