In what seems like years ago, Donna Layton was arrested on 6/20/14 for hoarding, though the city of Harrisburg seems to be sweeping her hoarding into the offense of breaking housing codes. Whatever happens with Donna Layton, there are rescue kitties to attend to, most of their capture and care have been primarily handled by Loretta Wietry, Julie Dulak, Kathy A Dottery, Linda Stuck, and Jf Richards. ON THE LIST OF KITTIES WHO HAVE FOUND A PURREVER HOME, COOPER & BUFF WILL BE ADOPTED OUT TOGETHER IN A COUPLE WEEKS TO STEVEN PIPARSKEGGR ROBINSON.
