In what time everyone has to take their steps. as in... everybody has a mountain to climb and if claiming that mountain gets a little rough everyone finds always a path to keep going. It may take some people longer than others. Basically what Im trying to say is dont push people up that mountain you have to give them space and time. If theyre not ready to do something dont push it everyone has reasons and everyone should just try to understand.
