Inbound & Accounting Operator (Logistics) Our client is one of the leading logistic companies in the global market. They are Korean based logistic company and they want to fill the below position vacancies with qualified candidates. This is a newly created opportunity which requires an ambitious individual who wishes to develop their career within the Logistics sector, either locally or internationally. The ideal candidates should have solid understanding of MS Office with sufficient practical experiences. INBOUND OPERATION To monitor and manage all related operations on international transportation, including; Managing vendors and forwarders in origins and destinations in Australia Coordinate with key contact points and receive pre-alerts from origin, ensuring proper shipping documents and propriety of details. Monitoring of all Sea or Air shipments activities Manage and release D/O for all destination local operation/transportation from Port to W/H with proper clearance on customs and monitor closely on trucking/delivery status. Regular reporting of unusual operational incidents to Management and provide KPI report to clients as and when required Analyse KPI results and provide data analysis for management, with solutions to improve overall daily operational processes. ACCOUNTING OPERATION Perform billing on clients for logistic services rendered Receive and process invoices sent from vendors or forwarders and ensure no delays on payments Provide analysis on cost propriety and assist Finance manager with reports on findings Manage contract terms with vendors or forwarders QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS : Experience in logistic operations would be preferable Ideally hold tertiary qualifications within the related field Able to demonstrate strong key account management experience within a warehousing, distribution or transport environment Display strong leadership abilities at all times Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean Intermediate Office Suite skill (MS Word, Outlook, MS Power Point) Australian Citizenship / Permanent Resident Visa Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills Multitasking Ability & High attention to details To apply, please submit your cover letter and resume to hr@dhrecruiting
