Inbox - Pp please , I am struggling so much now with absolute lack of sleep , I have four kids .. One having special needs (shes two and a half) and she just doesnt sleep my others are great but shes up 6+ times a night and up for the day between four and five , Ive tried everything controlled crying, just giving water at night , but she climbs out of her cot ,they all have brilliant and stable routine.. But she just litterally doesnt sleep for medical reasons she cannot go in a bed , and she is currently in our room for her own safety .. Im so stuck litterally bringing me to tears living on a couple hours sleep a night every night if that . Te drs have said there is things they can give her to help her sleep but need one f her diagnosis to be set in stone (autism , or ADHD ) these are just the minor issues she has :(... Any advise would be appreciated right now as its affecting my other kids and me and my partner .. X Gail x
