These are all full time, benefited positions and training will be provided. For all positions, you must be at least 18 years of age and pass a drug screen and background check. Position descriptions and requirements are below: PRE-PLANNING ADVISORS/SALES PROFESSIONALS DESCRIPTION - This is a sales position with substantial earning potential. We employ some of the most innovative and ambitious sales personnel in the industry. When you join our team, you’ll have a long-term career opportunity assisting families and individuals with their advance funeral and/ or cemetery arrangements. Dedicated to helping families in their time of need, our sales employees are held to the highest standard. Responsibilities will include making sales presentations, networking, getting referrals, and presenting group informational seminars. We want people with drive, ambition, and a goal to earn so much more. This position will equip you with the tools and training needed to achieve your goal in assisting families with their pre-planning. REQUIREMENTS - High level of integrity, right attitude and good work ethic. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience using computer systems within a sales environment. Must be a self-starter and team player. Previous cemetery and funeral pre-need sales experience is helpful. Bi-lingual is a benefit in the languages of Spanish, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Chinese, Mandarin, Tagalong, and Farsi. Current California Life Insurance License is a benefit COMPENSATION – Position starts at $10 per hour + commission and benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401K.
