Inbox Can I have a pp please.. Now this maybe a little long but my ex partner, the father of my 20month old daughter, is wanting to take me to court over the fact I wont let him have her during the week and the weekend, we agreed before we split up (when she was 1) that he can have her every other weekend and his mum has her the opposite weekend, now I go college and look after her all on my own. I have bought her everything she has ever needed, pram, nappies, clothes, all the prezzis for both christmas and her birthday on my own. Now hes wanting to get full custody all cause i wont let him have her Tuesday till Sunday, Ive agreed he can have her the weekend and pick her up first thing Friday but hes having non of it, calling me a bad mum and the lot. Now personally i think im not a bad mum as Ive done everything i can to keep her with everything she needs, even if it makes me completely skint. He gives me no money for her and dont have a job. My question really is does he have more rights in custody over her then i do? Thanks all xx Kate cx
