Inbox Hello, can i have a post please :) ive been exclusively breastfeesing for 6 and a half months now and have really really wnjoyed it but now im beginning to offer food i want to begin to wean my baby off the breast milk..... Im going back to work in four months also and expression isnt any good for me so need her settled on a bottle! Has anyone got any tips at all on how i can even begin to wean her off me?? Its not just the feeding ahe uses me for however im her comfort she only ever unless shes in her pushchair falls to sleep on me, when shes asleep im not allowed to put her down, even if shes in the deepest of sleeps she wakes as soon as i lay her down anywhere :( ive tried dummy, comfort blankets the lot, nothing works! And at night she will only settle in bed with me.... I think getting her onto a bottle may help this?? But not sure as shes sooo clingy to me and like said above shes uses my nipple as a sother too! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated :) i womt do controlled crying or anything like that, personally not for me thanks :)xjenx
