Incident Info for 9/14 … - Oakstone Glen, Alarm / Open Door : Officer responded to an alarm call at the location and located a basement door that was unsecured. Residence cleared & re-secured; no signs of forced entry found. - Deer Trl, Miscellaneous : Officer and an EMS unit was dispatched to the residence and met with involved parties; subject had made remarks, possibly indicating harming herself. Subject was voluntarily transported to the hospital by EMS for evaluation. - Morris Rd & Webb Rd, Traffic Arrest : Officer conducted traffic stop on a vehicle with a partially obscured tag; odor of marijuana detected. Marijuana was located in drivers’ rear pocket and driver was taken into custody. - Broadwell Rd & Marstow Dr, MVA : Officer responded to a 2 car MVA with no injuries at the location. - Cambridge High School, Bethany Bend, Alarm / Open Door : Officer responded to an alarm call at the location; located cleared & re-secured. - Cogburn Rd & Windward Pkwy, Entering Auto / Fraud : Officer responded to the Cogburn location regarding an entering auto report; vehicle window had been broken and a purse removed from the vehicle. Purse and items inside it were later found in a dumpster behind Edwin Watts Golf on Hwy 9. - Freemanville Rd & Birmingham, MVA : Officer responded to a 2 car MVA at the location; driver 1 failed to stop at a stop sign and struck vehicle 2. - Hwy 9 & WalMart, 5200 Windward Pkwy, MVA : Officer responded to the location in reference to a 2 car MVA; driver 1 was following too closely and struck vehicle 2. - Bethany Rd & Bethany Way, Traffic Arrest : Officer conducted traffic stop on speeding vehicle and detected an odor of marijuana coming from the passenger side of the vehicle. Driver was found to be impaired and marijuana was located in the vehicle. Driver was taken into custody. - Colonian Ln, Theft of Lost / Mislaid Property : Complainant advised that they had accidentally left a cell phone and wallet on the rear of the vehicle, which later left the scene. Cell phone was later recover.
