Incoming Typhoon 22W (Hagupit), now considered a Category III - TopicsExpress

Incoming Typhoon 22W (Hagupit), now considered a Category III (Violent/Severe) Typhoon, tracks are heading straight towards Eastern Visayas, so please be advised!!! Hagupit is still on the part of the Pacific Ocean, but it will enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility tomorrow morning. Once entering PAR, it will be named locally as Ruby. These data prediction, gathered by the respective agencies, in terms of accuracy, have all agreed on one specific track/route the typhoon is going to pass. Estimated two days after this, the typhoon is still expected to strengthen while on its path towards the Eastern Visayas, and will achieve the same strength of a super typhoon, like Yolanda. Data changes will still occur in the following hours. I AM NOW ADVISING ANYONE/EVERYONE TO THOSE WHO ARE LIVING ON VISAYAS (ESPECIALLY TO THOSE STORM SURGE PRONE AREAS ON THE EASTERN PART), PLEASE PREPARE ALREADY THE NECESSARY EMERGENCY KITS, AND PLEASE PLAN ALREADY YOUR EVACUATION AREAS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE! Coordinate with the Local Government Units pertaining to any announcements, refer also to any news on television and radio.... watch out for any new updates............... Hmmm. :/
