Increasing tax? Its not a good strategy while the the Government doesnt want their businesses to expand. Lets say one business is taxed $10. Why doesnt the Government let them expand their business in to two and make them pay tax $5 per each business instead of just make them stuck like that? Of course the Government still gains $10 and it even gains the Economic growth to its mandate to attract their votes.
