Indeed ... there are underlying circumstances that bystanders werent aware of ... however to the physical shape of the officers ... thats irrelevant compared to their unprofessional lack of decorum when it comes to arresting an individual off the street. Looked more like Nazi tactics ... then what officers of today should be trained to do. Only one person took enough interest in her plight to photo it ... there should have people swarming all over that area screaming at the officers for their position on arresting innocent people ... someone shouldve followed the cruiser downtown to make sure that is where they took her. Austins Police Chief should have his feet held to the fire until theres a full discloser on the arrest. Then arrest and try the perpetrating Officers for the numerous Constitutional violations they committed. Evil only prevails when good people do nothing ... and evil knows it.
