India wants to construct a wall along LoC like Berlin Wall. This will perpetuate the division of Jammu & Kashmir. In case, India succeeds in constructing such a wall, Indian occupied Kashmir will be turned in to a big cage and India will brutally crush liberation movement without fear of international community. Earlier CFL/LoC was not created to prohibit Kashmiris living on both sides of LoC, from crossing it but it was meant to prohibit Armies of both the countries at the time of its inception. Neither UN Resolutions nor any other document denies the right of movement of Kashmiris to & from either side. Dictator Pervez Musharraf allowed India to fence the Loc which has already limitized the right of trans LoC movement of state subjects. Now construction of wall will permanently deprive the people of their birthright. Pakistan should take serious cognizance of Indias ulterior designs & and stop it at any cost. Kashmiri leadership and people of both sides should launch an offensive campaign including en-block crossing LoC to demolish it like people of Berlin.
