Individual who wants a loan in aspect of trying to break into the real estate investing business, but don’t get any suitable source of money lending. Those people who have little or no track record as usually the commercial Banks or other lending organization won’t lend to these people. And even hard money lenders are suspicious about handing over the loan amount to the new investor that has never started or finished a project.
