Info on LungileHealth trail today: Thursday Trail - Virginia Bush Venue: We will meet outside the main entrance of Virginia Prep school. Directions: From the M4 (Ruth First Highway), you need to take the Virginia off-ramp (opposite Virginia Airport). Halfway around the circle, proceed up Hinton Grove (+/- 200m) and turn right into Margaret Maytom Avenue. The school is on the left. Time: 17:30pm Equipment: HEADLAMPS NOT COMPULSORY BUT ADVISABLE.
