Other For those of you who were educated under a rock, are from Canada, Florida or any other third-world territory of the United States, heres the difference: Psychopaths are born with temperamental differences such as impulsiveness, cortical under-arousal, and fearlessness that lead them to risk-seeking behavior and an inability to internalize social norms.
