My tendency is to decide like, 5 minutes before lunch if Im going to have fast food. Or, even on a whim whilst driving by a restaurant. A lot of people I talked to agreed with that. But I want to know if thats the norm, or its a more planned thing for people. Like, you may decide on a Monday you are going to eat it on a Wednesday. Please weigh in.
