Ingredients: 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup glutinous rice flour 6 tablespoons warm water 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/8 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt vegetable oil for deep fry Directions:- 1. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. 2. Make hole in the center and put 1 tablespoon vegetable and warm water. 3. Stir well. 4. Knead together until the mixture is smooth and elastic cover and keep in warm place set adside about at less 30 min. 5. After that the dough will rise some. 6. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat. 7. Sprinkle some flour on a table then pick out a hand ful of the mixture and put it on the table. 11. Pair it together. 12. Then drop to hot oil and fry until it rise and has golden brown like picture below. 13. Remove from oil to drain on paper towel. 13. Serve hot.
