Insecurity (a) : Its that irrational feeling that someone is after your partner, its the sad feeling of lack of assurance in ones capabilities and as a result you feel your partner may fall for anyone better than you. You see being insecure makes you miserable in that you will always assume your partner is messing around with other people...When you feel insecure you worry about your significant others whereabouts to the point of stalking them. So you see insecurity births stalking tendencies...This is when you start going through your partners mobile phone, Facebook profiles etc, and as if that wont be enough, you start questioning why so and so liked a pic or so...Stay with me, am almost done. Furthermore, you start bumping into your partner almost everywhere and start thinking its coincidence but in retrospect your partner is stalking you, even to the point of asking people to follow you around. ...when you suddenly realise that youre being stalked, you approach your partner and they get angry to the point of physically beating you up to a pulp. That anger doesnt end there, it grows into possessiveness. He/she starts telling you who to talk to and who not to talk to...and alas, you break your friendships and long time r/ships with cousins and family. You start blaming yourself for not being good enough for your partner and yet youve just been a victim of dating an insecure soul. Murderers dont become murderers overnight! So to that gentlemen who called and insulted me for being friends with his girlfriend (not wife,) I strongly suggest you do a diagnosis. Truth is I dont feel sorry for you, its your woman I feel sorry for. I am scared one day she may be a victim of abuse and murder!
