Insert 1 I woke up before the sun rose,lit the candle and tried to do what seemed like studying,well my father always said that people can take away everything you have except your education I studied until I saw the sun come out,for the first time I was up before my father I took a big pot to warm our bath water on a flame stove,that was my morning routine. After we were done my dad wore his overall(hes a gardener,not much money there).I prepared for school,I went to a no fee school because ke we could not afford a school with school fees. There was this question that I always asked my dad Me:Tata you always say that one day,well be fine,but when is that day coming? Dad:Somila God will make a way Me:Thats what you always say but when will this so called way be made,dad Im 18 God has been making a way since I was 7 when will we stop suffering? Dad: That is a question I cant answer With that said the conversation ended On my way to school, I walked with Phindile my bestfriend Weve been friends since we were 12,we were inseperable.
