Inside a Bubble The most of our time We live inside a bubble… We blow bubbles breath by breath. Some of them are small And disappear quickly, Some others grow big And stay for years Or even lock you for a space of life. It’s very hard to see Your own bubble. It disappears as soon as you try to look. But, anyway, don’t watch your nose, It’s not your breath But rather the sound of your words Turns into bubbles That endless soap of thoughts in our brains. It covers first your eyes. Although invisible It blocks the light from outside But does reflect A kaleidoscope of images Inside your mind. The future and the past All mix together, The bubble grows reconstructing Its own world inside. The more it grows The harder is to blow it up, It feels so real! Like your own skin. The more you let it grow The less and less you have a chance To realize it’s just a bubble, There is nothing real. The harder it becomes You need a greater weapon to piers It’s elusive core. At first it’s just a little needle Then later a blow on your nose. Then it might come to a car accident Or even a crushing plane falling from the sky. O, dear one, I hope you do not let your bubble grow Up to the sizes Of the entire sky. Then only Death is able To cut in half your world And show you the real Light, To revile you Your real Self. My dear friend, All you can see and touch Indeed are bubbles. Your own body, your house and the sky. Even the sun Is just another shining bubble, They all will pop and disappear In their proper time… My dear friend, I guess you heard about bubbles. But how long do you remember that? One breath? Or just a couple? Then we forget it all, We do believe our bubble-world is real… My dear friend, Our worlds and words are bubbles. Let’s pop them all And look what is behind…
