Insomnia! A lot people who experience this hellish phenomenon - TopicsExpress

Insomnia! A lot people who experience this hellish phenomenon will find that the inability to sleep is directly related to their feelings of not sleepy. Many others who live with insomnia however, will feel absolutely drained and painfully exhausted and despite all effort, fail to successfully slumber. I happen to suffer (on this occasion) from the latter. The problem with this brand of desperate sleepiness is a feeling of both wildly drunk combined with that of a risk analysis specialist. This is a dangerous combination. What this means for me. While my baby giraffe skillfully catches Zs upstairs I devise a plan to test his protection skills; speed, agility, strength. Using knowledge garnered only from movies and TV I stage a break-in of my own home. First, I make sure to move in a way that will activate the motion lights outside. Fearing the light I rush inside and am sure to let the door slam lightly behind me. Next, I move around the kitchen in a clumsy and very confused manner. I knock over a vase, drop car keys, tip over a large bowel of heavy fruit and step on a remote that ultimately turns on the TV. All this and my first thought is, Okay, Mike will be down any minute to investigate and kill a trespasser if so needed. Two cats came to my rescue. One boyfriend did not. Thats how I spent an hour and a half of my insomnia. In conclusion, just take the F&#*ing Tylenol PM.
