Inspired by Nora Black I have decided to share my own get fit and well attempts.... Am currently incarcerated again at Heathrow with nothing to do except exercise, sleep and study so Ive been in the gym every morning at 0630 doing just 30 mins of cardio and weights. It hurt a bit but I plodded through it. Last night I swam for 25 mins (non-stop. I was pleased about that.) to ease the stiff muscles... felt good after the pain and grunting in the morning! Im using an app called fatsecret which I found while I was looking for a calorie counter-yes, I have a food diary too :-) Im hoping this will help regulate my depression which has been all over the place lately following a change of meds... My goal is to lose a stone, drop a dress size and change shape!! If that sounds like a lot its simply that with one achievement the others will follow. Publishing it here helps me reinforce my own commitment and maybe I can inspire someone too. Off now for this evenings swim-30 mins this time :-)
