Instant Doppler 6 is showing a small zone of showers (nearly stationary) from SE Otsego, S. Schoharie, E. Delaware, and W. Greene counties and a tiny shower in south central Washington County. Showers will not expand, if anything these will fade out with the loss of heating this evening. So, most areas will remain dry. Wednesday, however, I think will feature a thicker overcast and a better chance for showers, especially in the mid Hudson valley and the Berkshires as some moisture comes in off the Atlantic...well be a bit cooler tomorrow as well, generally 60s. Rain chance 30-40%, highest south and east of Albany...any rain, however, will be quite light. Thursday and Friday look mild and dry, near 70°, with rain on Saturday...with an early call estimate on rainfall amounts somewhere in the 1/2 to 3/4 range...which is would be beneficial and is much needed. More tonight beginning at 5pm on CBs6
