Instead of the usual monster, monster, run away, run away, shout a lot storyline, last nights Doctor Who was about a different kind of monster - fear itself. Spooky, atmospheric and very poignant in places. Revealing the hero as someone afraid of being alone and afraid of the dark, thats the kind of storyline that draws me in. And the normally chirpy assistant/companion, Clara, got to do some acting other than being chirpy. Great line she had: Fear makes companions of us all. Up there with the best Doctor Who episodes Ive seen (Im not a die-hard fan/expert, though, so dont take me to task on this) bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b04hynt7/doctor-who-series-8-4-listen
