Those that believe in the beauty of their dream are those that have articulated themselves and have remain committed to a particular profession and who have stood the test of time to keep themselves updated in the terrain of the so-called profession. At this period of man’s existence where all of seem to have gotten it right and which is the area which demands all areas of life to be pervaded with professionals is full of half-baked practitioners, What a dismal! I could remember a couple of weeks ago when a graduate of animal is entering a poultry pen with his shoe on. I was not opportune to challenge the young graduate but I directed questions to myself instead, in this era where we have even employable graduates wandering the street of our ever-congested labor market without job what is the fate of these half-baked graduates? The sine qua non to restructuring the labor market and to make Nigeria realize her dream of becoming a fully developed nation is making sure that our youths realize themselves and increase their worth on daily basis. A hungry man is an angry man and a certified man is a satisfied man, if you are to be satisfied you need to be certified, you need to be proud of the grade you are taken away from your institution of learning, you should be a multi-directional certified man as you were taught not only your course in school, you should be able to proffer solution to the problem of unemployment, if your major course cannot fetch you job then your borrowed courses should be able to.
