THIS OPPORTUNITY IS OPEN FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ONLY. Requirements: The Learnership will consist of structured programme which includes fundamental Numeracy Unit Standards. The Learnership programme consists of structured learning components combined with practical/workplace experience which totals to 1 350 learning hours. Be a South African Citizen; Medical proof of disability Be in possession of a valid SA ID; Hold a valid & recognised Matric with Maths (Failed Maths or Maths literacy) & English (minimum D symbol) and a second language (minimum symbol D) Not be engaged in post Matric studies or formal employment; Be between the ages of 18 and 25 years; Have effective communication skills in the English language; Possess basic computer skills; Competencies: Communication – communicates clearly and professionally with clients Resilience & drive – pursues goals despite obstacles Interpersonal skills – relates well to diverse people Detail orientation Desire and potential to learn Self motivated Basic computer skills Key Outputs: Obtain a recognised and portable qualification in the insurance industry.
