Why in the world XYZ Bank Department #1 cannot communicate with XYZ Bank Department #2 regarding the fact that I DID renew my flood insurance in a timely manner, I DO have a declarations page on file, and NO I do NOT want THEIR flood insurance policy at a premium of 600% (literally!) more than what I have in place. And why cannot ABC Insurance carrier not send dec pages to both Dept. 1 and Dept. 2 at the bank when I have made the request and provided the mailing information for TWO YEARS RUNNING??? Aauuugh! :(
