Interesting. In JAPAN, one of the worlds most successful car producing countries, workers and employees on all levels get highly rewarded for any recommendations they make to improve both the products and the process. In GERMANY, one of Europes largest car manufacturing countries, workers get extensive training on all levels, almost ideal work conditions, and every company has to have worker representation present (via Union representatives) at all board meetings. The results in both Japan and Germany speak for themselves. Could we perhaps learn a bit from them or are we too superior, too exceptional to listen? maaw.info/ArticleSummaries/ArtSumMartin92.htm
