Interesting article in Bon Appetit regarding breweries wanting to differentiate themselves in the market. Interesting, but I dont agree with the initial premise that quality is no longer the sole differentiator. That sentiment intimates that every craft beer out there is already of optimum quality so novelty and/or marketing is the way to go to appeal to more people and to sell more beer. Quality FIRST.
