Interesting day! I was able to walk a mile plus at a decent rate of speed and do some stretching without pain!!! Also went to pick up my new medicine I start on Feb 1 to help prevent a recurrence of cancer only to find my insurance has denied to pay for it!! I stopped and said to myself, you can laugh or cry! I chose to laugh and let my doctor talk with the insurance. Life is too short to cry over things you have no control over. God is faithful and it will all work out.
